No, the applicator is an additional $5. It's printed with the Pixyls logo.

I absolutely love how this looks, but so many of the darker colors had the top part of the sticker easily coming off. Even on the sticker sheet some of the stickers already had the edges peeling up. This made it very difficult but I still like the end product. I just need to seal it
