The surprise is part of the fun! Each Pixyls Fun Subscription contains 1 unique product. Requests for specific products will not be honored. If you want to ensure you don't miss out on any of our subscription products, we recommend subscribing to our Pixyls Ultimate Subscription.

Your first subscription payment is manually processed on the day you subscribed. Depending on when you subscribe, your second subscription payment may process before your first subscription has shipped. You are not being double charged. For example if you subscribe on January 2nd your first payment is for your February kit which will ship by February 15th. On February 4th, you will see an automated charge which will be for your March kit.

Subscriptions will be shipped by the 15th of every month.

We use lettermail in order to keep costs low for customers, so there is no tracking offered on the monthly subscription.

If you subscribe by the 4th of the month, you will receive your first subscription the following calendar month. If you subscribe after the 4th, you will receive your first subscription 2 calendar months later.
For example:
Subscribe by January 4th, to receive the February subscription
Subscribe January 5th - Feb 4th, receive the March subscription

Yes, you can add the subscription to any new order. However your subscription will ship separately.

Members can log in to their Pixyls account to update their account information or reach out to our team at support@pixyls.ca. Please note that changes should be made before the 5th of the month. Changes made after billing will apply to the next subscription cycle.

Yes, you can change your subscription by logging into your Pixyls account or by contacting our team at support@pixyls.ca. Changes will go into effect for the next unbilled subscription cycle.

Payments will be deducted on the 4th of each month for the next month’s subscription. For example, on March 5th, you will be charged for your April subscription.

This subscription acts as a pre-order for the following month as long as you subscribe by the 4th of the month.
Subscribe by the 4th of the month to receive the following months subscription.
For example:
Subscribe January 1st - 4th, you get February’s subscription.
Subscribe January 5th - 31st, you get March’s subscription.
Once you subscribe, your next one will automatically go through on the 4th of the following month.
For example, if you subscribe on the 28th of January, you will get March's kit and your next auto transaction will be on March 4th for Aprils subscription.
So, if you miss the previous months window, it’s always best to subscribe first on the 4th of the month. Subscriptions from the 5th of the following month to the 4th of the current month will all get the following months subscription.

Yes, you can pause and restart your subscription as needed by accessing the Manage Subscription button above or by emailing us at support@pixyls.ca. Cancellations must be received by the last day of the month. Please note that a pause need to be submitted by the last day of the month.

Shipping times will vary depending on where you live, however if your subscription has not arrived by the 10th of the following month please contact us.

All subscriptions are not eligible for refund or exchange. If there was an issue with your order, please contact our team at support@pixyls.ca.

You cancel your subscription by accessing the Recharge Portal via the Manage Subscription button above or by emailing us at support@pixyls.ca. Cancellations must be received by the last day of the month
