Shipping & Duties
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $65 CAD within Canada and £40 within the UK.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, and tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak demand periods — including product launches, seasonal promotions, and holiday events — processing times may be extended.
UK Orders
Orders shipping to the UK will not incur any duties on purchases under £130.
For orders over £130 shipping fees do not include duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid to release your order upon arrival. If customs fees are not paid upon delivery, the order may be returned or disposed of by customs authorities.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment pipeline immediately. Address changes, order modifications, or cancellation requests after checkout are not guaranteed. If changes need to be made to your order please contact customer support as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make any modifications. If an address issue needs to be corrected after shipping, please contact the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package’s journey. Please note that tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after your confirmation email is sent.
Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as weather events, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@pixyls.ca within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Protection
Pixyls offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout, administered by a third-party provider. If purchased, Shipping Protection may cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages subject to the terms, conditions, and claims process of the third-party provider.
Pixyls does not administer, guarantee, or adjudicate Shipping Protection claims. Claims may be filed directly with the service provider. We are happy to assist in filing claims on your behalf.
Customers who decline Shipping Protection at checkout assume full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.
